I’ve been scouring the web today for healthy meal ideas.
It is another short week for us because we are camping with friends this weekend! Anyone have any healthy camping food ideas?
Here’s The Plan:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Breakfast wraps using Trader Joes whole wheat tortilla
{ I found a whole wheat recipe today that I can’t wait to try later this week}
Breakfast sandwiches on homemade bread with grilled eggplant and peppers that Brad grilled up this weekend!
Anyone have a better whole wheat bread recipe??
Lunch:
Natural PB wraps
Leftovers
fruit
Dinner:

1. Spaghetti, Salad with this dressing, whole wheat breadsticks {still looking for a recipe}
2. Tostados {we didn’t get to make these last week} with quinoa and black beans
3. Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken over brown rice {not sure about the sodium in the soy sauce though}
Other Ideas I’d like to experiment with this week:
Baked potatoes {maybe sweet potatoes}
